Transfers IN and OUT
      We provide complete assistance at the airport and at hotels, including passenger and luggage supervisors to coordinate the work of the tour escorts, as well as drivers and porters, in order to speed up all matters related to this service. The luggage is taken care of by our staff and a special truck is available for its transportation. Rentamar supervisors will provide assistance at the hotel to double check all services during check in and check out. Our staff is on hand to make any necessary arrangements, such as private check in areas, welcome drinks, entertainment, room amenities and any other special needs. In order to speed up airport formalities, special arrangements can be made with the airline, which include luggage tagging and distribution of boarding passes at the hotel.

Assistance at Check In and Out Check In
Hotel check in time in Brazil is 3:00pm. Depending on flight arrival time, special hotel arrangements may be required. To guarantee rooms for very early arrivals we suggest that booking be made one night in advance against full or partial payment depending on the hotel's availability. An adequate number of reception desks are set up with alphabetical divisions in the hotel lobby or a convention room. Hotels normally serve refreshments and coffee while the room keys and welcome kits are being distributed. Rentamar tour guides distribute the hotel registration forms on the buses and help with filling them in during the transfer in order to accelerate the check in procedure.
Check Out
Hotel check out time in Brazil is 12 noon, but late check out can be previously arranged against total or partial payment of an additional day, depending on the hotel's availability. Check out formalities will have been discussed previously by Rentamar with the hotel group coordinator, in order to facilitate requirements such as private cashiers, a special room for luggage and last-minute charges.

Hospitality Suite
      Upon request, we may also make arrangements for a Hospitality Suite at the hotel where the group participants may get together apart from the planned functions.

Hospitality Desk
      During the group's stay in the hotel, Rentamar will maintain a Hospitality Desk at the hotel, staffed by hostesses to provide the group participants with information about the city, tours available, restaurants, entertainment, transportation, etc. The Hospitality Desk staff will also be in charge of bus loading coordination, supervising functions at the hotel, the daily itinerary chart, special requests, etc.

Shuttle Service
      This service consists of private bus service including the full-time assistance of a tour escort on board each bus. The shuttle bus leaves the hotel every hour on the hour, driving along the main avenues and passing points of interest in the city. Each bus is clearly marked with the company's name for easy identification. The return trip is via the same route with pick-up points previously decided upon. We suggest that at least 2 buses operate this kind of service in order to guarantee departures every hour from hotels. Shuttle services for shopping tours can also be provided.
